Prime Minister I *** ail Sabri Yaakob has ordered the National Disaster Management Agency and the relevant local authorities to provide immediate aid to the victims of floods in Baling, Kedah.

Although he is now in Türkiye for a four-day official visit, I *** ail said he is always following the development of the flood situation in Baling.

“I have instructed my political secretary, Mohammad Anuar Mohd Yunus, to go to the location on my behalf to check on the situation and ensure that aid and assistance are provided to the victims as soon as possible,” he said in a posting on Facebook today where he also shared several photographs and videos of Anuar’s visit to Baling.
